Hi ladies!

I created Avan Movement to help you feel strong and confident again through movement.

Having suffered myself from severe hip, leg, and back pain, I discovered how a safe and properly structured exercise program could help me overcome pain and stop relying on medication. Exercise helped me not only physically, but also mentally. By taking it one day and one movement at a time, I discovered strength again.

As an internationally qualified and experienced Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, and a Personal Trainer student, I want to help women regain their quality of life through movement. I want women to feel good and safe in their bodies again.
